How to Find Climbing Partners

A tricky issue for any climber. Numerous climbers at some point have found it difficult to find climbing partners. Your existing partner has changed shifts patterns, now has kids, sustained an injury and can’t climb, left the country, yadah yadah yadah. So what next?

Climbers are a really friendly bunch. So come in and boulder, you’ll soon find you get chatting to someone, especially if you come in on busy nights.

Members Night

on Thursday evening 20:00pm until 21:00pm. All you do is turn up on the night, pay your normal admission and meet the instructor up in the café. The instructor will buddy everyone up and you are off and climbing.


Scottish Hill Walking and Activities Group (SHAG)


SHAG and the Glasgow Climbing Centre have teamed up to offer great deals for members of both clubs. SHAG meet at the Glasgow Climbing Centre at least twice a week and are always keen to bring along new climbers or get to know current members.
