Good practice

  Tie in following manufactures instructions.
  Tie in using either a re-woven figure of eight or a bowline both finished with a stopper knot.
  For small children and those people without a defined waist or with problems supporting their own upper body, we suggest that you use a chest harness. These are available at reception.
