How Much is the NICAS?
NICAS has 5 levels of achievement; the scheme is delivered in two parts. Part 1 covers Levels 1 to 2, Part 2 covers levels 3 to 5.
Level 1 and 2 takes approximately 6 sessions to complete. Once completed the candidate can purchase the Part 2 (Level 3-5) logbook and continue working their way through the levels.
For Individuals
For individuals under 18 years of age looking to participate in the NICAS, simply purchase your Part 1 (Level 1-2) logbook from reception, and book yourself onto our Rock Ratz or Climbatize sessions.

For participants over 18 years of age, the best way to work your way through the NICAS would be to purchase your logbook from reception and attend the Members Nights. There is an instructor on hand who you can assess for each level and sign off your logbook.

Level 1
• 2 x 1 hour and 45 minute instructed sessions*
• All equipment and insurance
• Logbooks and certificates
• Training and assessment for each level.
Price:
- Up to 6 Participants: £170.00
- Up to 12 Participants: £340.00
- Up to 18 Participants: £510.00
Maximum of 36 participants at any one time.
Levels 2 - 5
If you wish to progress onto levels 2 - 5 there would be an additional cost of £85.00 per instructed session for up to 6 participants, logbooks and certificates are included in the price.
*Course lengths are for guidance only; some participants may not reach the required standard in the proposed course length.
